Granola Grundies

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup soy flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 cups granola

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg; add oil, honey and vanilla. Combine flours and baking powder; add to egg mixture. Blend thoroughly. Stir in granola. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
