Granola Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups granola
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Soy flour

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly crush granola in plastic bag with rolling pin. Place granola in pie pan and drizzle melted butter over it. Press firmly into pan adding soy flour, as needed, to set the crust. If for no-bake filling, prebake shell at 325 F for 5 minutes.
