Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- FILLING:
- 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- STREUSEL:
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat over to 350. Mix butter, flour and 1/4 cup sugar with spoon. Press in ungreased rectangular pan 13x9x2 inches. Bake 15 minutes.
2. Make Streusel; mix ingredients with spoon until crumbly; set aside. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Pour over crust.
3. Sprinkle Streusel over cream cheese mixture. Bake about 35 minutes or just until puffed and center is dry. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Store covered in refrigerator.
