Ingredients
- 1 cup high-protein powder
- 1/4 cup carob powder
- 1 cup grated coconut, plus extra for coating
- 3/4 cup honey (more, if necessary)

Step 1
Combine high-protein powder, carob and 1 cup coconut. Add honey and mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Roll small pieces of mixture in hands to form thin sticks approximately 2 inches long. Roll these in coconut.
