Cranberry Relish - Raw

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh cranberries, washed and drained
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Put cranberries and apple through food grinder or, if using blender, add pineapple juice. Add drained pineapple; blend in honey and spices. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
