Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon (diced)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 head cabbage (cut into 1-in pieces)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in large stockpot until crispy. Stir in onion. Cook until translucent and slightly browned. Stir in chopped cabbage. Toss well in bacon grease. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until cabbage is tender.
