Liquid Lecithin

Liquid lecithin is an oil extracted from soybeans. It can be purchased in bottled form in natural foods stores and supermarkets. I combine it with safflower oil and use the mixture to oil baking pans. It adds no flavor to baked goods and makes removal of the food from pans easy.
