Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted cherries
- 1/3 cup cherry juice
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp quick cooking tapioca
- 1 recipe pastry
- 1 Tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cherries, juice, almond extract, sugar, and tapioca. Let stand 15 minutes. Pour in pie, dot with butter. Bake 450 for 10 minutes and 350 for 30 minutes.
