Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp margarine, melted
- FILLING:
- 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 -10 oz frozen strawberries thaw
- milk
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 325 for 10 minutes and cool.
Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and salt, mixing at meduim speed until well blended. Drain strawberries reserving liquid. Add enough milk to liquid to measure 1 cup. Gradually add combined milk mixture and gelatin to cream chesse, mixing until thickened. Fold in whipped cream and strawberries. Pour over crust. Chill until firm or put in freezer.
