Ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 1/4 cups grated carrots
- 1 1/4 cups chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg yolks with honey until light and creamy. Add carrots, chopped nuts, flours and cinnamon. Fold this mixture into stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Cool and ice.
