Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup honey
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 cup peanut flour
- 5 tbsp rye (or whole wheat) flour
- 1 cup carob powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix oil with honey; add eggs and set aside. Whisk together peanut flour, rye or whole wheat flour and carob powder; combine with egg mixture. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread batter evenly into 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
