Ingredients
- 1 sq unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- On top
- 1/2 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 8 oz coconut
Preparation
Step 1
In a heavy saucepan melt first three ingredients
When melted add egg and wafer crumbs
Mix and spread on top the milk and coconut
Ice with regular icing tinted pink.
Icing is best if not too thin
Refrigerate
