Round Steak in Ketchup

Ingredients

• 3 large onions cut up
• 3 pieces fresh garlic cup up
• 1 round steak, salt and peppered and cut in pieces
• 1 C ketchup diluted with water, use more ketchup if needed

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions and garlic, add pieces of round steak and brown on both sides.
Add diluted ketchup to meat.
Cover and let simmer over low heat for about one hour.

Serve with potatoes
