Herb Butter (L'academie de Cuisine)

Ingredients

  • 1 LB butter, softened
  • 1 TB thyme leaves
  • 2 TB chopped oregano
  • 2 TB finely chopped rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Place butter into bowl of mixer. Using paddle attachment, beat the butter in the bowl.

Add the cheese to the bowl and beat until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until combined


To make log:

Place butter on parchment paper. Fold paper in half covering butter. Then take baking/cookie tray and push against butter to form a log.

Freeze then slice and use as needed.
