  • 1 bag(s) Skittles candies

Directions

1. With an electric mixer, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff, glossy peaks form.
2. Drop mounds of the mixture (2 tablespoons each) onto parchment-lined baking sheets and top each with 3 Skittles candies. Bake at 200 degrees F until dry, 1 1/2 to 2 hours
