Ingredients
- 6 pears (about 6 cups), pared and sliced thin
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl lightly stir together all ingredients. Turn into 9-inch pie or cake pan sprayed with nonstick coating. Bake in 425 F oven 20 to 30 minutes or until pears are tender.
