Tomato-Olive Salsa

Serve with tortilla chips!

Ingredients

  • 6 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 12 kalamata olives, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 cup basil, chiffonade
  • 2 TB capers
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 TB Extra Virgin OO
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

Serve with chips.
