Ingredients
- 1 C butter, softened
- 2 C sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 3/4 C AP flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 T sugar
- 1 1/2 T ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Beat butter on medium until creamy.
Gradually add 2 C sugar, beating well.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla beating well.
Combine flour, baking powder, and 2 tsp cinnamon gradually add to butter mixture, beating on low until blended.
Combine 3 T sugar and 1 1/2 T cinnom in a small bowl.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar mixture.
Place on ungreased baking sheets and flatten slightly.
Bake at 375 for 11-13 mins or until lightly browned.
Cool on baking sheets for 5 mins.
Transfer to wire racks and cool completely.
