Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups confectionary sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix sugar and butter; add egg and vanilla, mix thoroughly
2. Mix dry ing. blend in
3. Refrigerate 2-3 hours
4. Heat oven to 375 deg.
5. Roll dough to 1/8" thickness and cut with cookie cutter
6. Place on lightly greased baking sheet
7. Bake 7-8 minutes or til delicately golden
