Ingredients
- 5 lbs sweet Italian sausage
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage (more if you want more than a small 'bite')
- 1 lb chopped beef
- 4 cans whole Italian style plum tomatoes
- fresh garlic
- garlic salt
- garlic powder
- dried basil
- olive oil
- possible tomato paste

Preparation
Step 1
start by browning 3-4 cloves of garlic in the olive oil
cook through .. but don't burn the garlic
add the meat .. browning as you go
add the seasons to taste
add the tomatoes .. chopping them as they cook through
add the paste if you prefer thicker sauce.
that's about it!
