Ingredients
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cinnamon chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup whole pecans
- 1 cup dried apple chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Step 1
1Place the brown sugar, light corn syrup, salt, and butter in a microwave safe bowl.
2Microwave for about 1 minute, just until the butter is melted, then stir together until well mixed.
3Return to the microwave and cook for 2 minutes, stir, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4Add the baking soda and vanilla to the caramel. Stir until well mixed.
5Place your popped popcorn in a large bowl and drizzle the caramel over the popcorn.
6Sprinkle the cinnamon chips, toffee bits, pecans, and dried apple chips over the popcorn. Toss lightly. Allow to cool before serving.
