Ingredients
- 2 C butter, softened
- 1-1/2 C sugar
- 3 C flour
- 1 C sesame seeds
- 2 C shredded coconut
- 1/2 C finely chopped almonds

Step 1
Beat butter and gradually add sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add flour and mix until just combined. Stir in sesame seeds, coconut and almonds until well-mixed.
Divide dough into thirds. Place one third on long sheet of wax paper and shape into long roll 2 inches in diameter. Repeat with remaining dough. Wrap the three rolls with wax paper and refrigerate until firm.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cut rolls into 1/2 in slices. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 15-20 min or until edges begin to brown.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
