Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cooked ham
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 16 oz pkgs.frozen chopped turnip greens
  • 2 15 oz cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups frozen diced onion, red and green peppers, and celery
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute ham in hot oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add broth and remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low, stirring occasionally for 25 minutes.
