Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • splenda
  • spray butter
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

cut squash in half, clean out seeds. Place cut side down in oven proof dish and pierce several holes in it. Pour about 1/4 cut water in dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting the plastic wrap. Punch a few holes in it. Cook on hi about 15 minutes or till tender. Cool to handle and scrape out spaghetti. Add sweetener and spray butter. Salt as desired.
