Ingredients
- 5 cups white flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt to taste

Step 1
1. Dissolve the yeast in hot water. Mix the flour, sugar, oil and salt in a bowl, and then add the dissolved yeast.
2. Mix well, and then add 3 cups of water slowly while kneading until you have a firm and soft dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it to rest for 1 hour,
3. After the dough rises divide it into fist-sized balls, and leave them aside for a little while to rest.
4. For each dough ball you will need a round baking tray, or bake each one separately in the same tray.
5. Flatten the dough ball into a circular shape while keeping it a little thick. Put it in the baking dish sprayed with oil, and then bake at 220 degrees until done and golden.
6. Serve hot directly after baking.
