Party Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 c cottage cheese
• 1/3 + c sour cream
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small can tomato paste
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• 1/2 bunch green onions + tops
• Dash onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper
• 3/4 of 8 oz pkg med-wide noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese and add cottage cheese and sour cream and set aside.
Boil noodles.
Brown meat, add paste, sauce and seasonings and cook on low for 1/2 hour.
Mix cooked noodles, meat and cheeses, save some meat and sauce for topping, if desired.
Put everything into casserole dish. Add topping aand Bake at 350 for about an hour.
