Pecan Pie Cupcakes (Gigi's copycat attempts)

Ingredients

• 1 box butter pecan cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups chopped pecans
• Caramel buttercream frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients until blended. Pour into cupcake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Top with caramel buttercream frosting.
