Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shelled walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (1 stick)
- 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, cook walnuts over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant, stirring frequently. When cool, finely chop.
In medium bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Reduce speed and add preserves until well combined. Add nuts. Refrigerate until ready to use, but allow to stand at room temp. to soften slightly before serving.
