Ingredients

  • 1 lb Turkey Sausage or Ground Turkey
  • 16 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Onion - chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Green Pepper - chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 Cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese - shredded

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet, brown sausage and drain
In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add onion, green pepper, garlic salt & pepper
Stir in cheese and sausage
Spoon 1/3 cupfuls into greased muffin pan
Bake at 350` for 20-25 minutes or til knife comes out clean

Optional: Use 8 whole eggs & 8 egg whites
Add Spinach
Add Red Pepper flakes
