Creamy Polenta

Ingredients

  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cups half and half
  • 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano or Fontina
  • 3/4 cup Bramata yellow polenta
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Bring cream to a simmer and whisk in polenta. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes and whisk while cooking. Whisk in cheese and season. Store in hot water bath.
