Ingredients
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups half and half
- 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano or Fontina
- 3/4 cup Bramata yellow polenta
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Bring cream to a simmer and whisk in polenta. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes and whisk while cooking. Whisk in cheese and season. Store in hot water bath.
