Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
1Mix in a saucepan over low heat, until sugar is dissolved.
2Cool & pour over salad - add chow mein noodles and mandarin oranges -- mmmmmm!
