Ingredients

• 1 Box Jiffy corn meal mix
• 1 tea. salt
• 1 T. sugar
• 1 stick oleo softened
• 3 eggs
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 10 oz. box chopped broccoli thawed

Preparation

Step 1

● Mix ingredients and bake at 425F until done (20 min.)
