Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 soup can water
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. soya sauce
- Chow mein noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown beef and onions.
Place in greased casserole dish. In order, add the soups, celery, water, rice and soya sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, add chow mein noodles on top and return to oven for another 15 minutes.
