Bisquick Biscuits

Drop Biscuits: Do not knead dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Cheese-Garlic Biscuits: Make Drop Biscuits, except decrease Bisquick to 2 cups and add 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Mix 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted, and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits.

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450 F. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn onto surface generously sprinkled with Bisquick
Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
