Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain soymilk
  • 3/4 cup silken tofu
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp fructose, optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess water. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately. Tofu turns dark and the drink loses its creaminess when left for a period of time.
