Ingredients
- 64 caramels 400g
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt evaporated milk and caramels. Combine flour, oats, sugar, soda, salt in bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Use 15x10 jelly roll pan. Use 1/2 of crumble and flatten in pan. Bake 350 for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chip and nuts over crust. Pour caramel mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes.
