Ingredients
- 3/4 cup softened butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cup chocolate chip
- 24 - 28 large marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg, milk and vanialla. Combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by Tbsp 2 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cools.
Place four cookies bottom side up on a microwave-safe plate; top each with a marshmallow. Microwave on high 16 - 20 seconds or until it begins to puff. Top each with another cookie. Makes 2 dozen
