Grilled Pork Chops w. mustard herb sauce and sweet potato fries

Ingredients

  • Pork Chops:
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pork chop loins
  • Mustard Herb Sauce:
  • 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c fresh basil chopped (opional)
  • Sweet Potato fries:
  • 3 sweet potatoes peeled and sliced like fries
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Add mustard and olive oil to large ziplock bag and add pork chops. Refridgerate at least one hour. Let sit at room temp 1/2 hour before grilling
2. Make sauce. and set aside
3. Steam sweet potatoes in stove only few minutes. dont let them get soft. Drain and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to coat. Then add olive oil. Then can cook in oven to crisp
4.Grill pork chops and serve with sauce over.
