Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted softened butter
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Beat butter with sugar until light. Beat in vanilla. Using wooden spoon, gradually stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in toffee bits and chocolate chips.
Roll heaping Tbsp of dough into balls. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheets, 2 inch apart.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden on the bottom and firm to the touch on the top. Let cool slightly on pan on rack. Transfer to racks and cool completely. Dust with more icing sugar before serving.
