Ingredients
- 6 tbsp flour blend
- 6 tbsp ground walnuts (recipe #13)
- 6 tbsp oat bran
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp walnut or canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with oil.
In a medium size bowl, combine the flour blend, ground walnuts, oat bran, salt, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix in the oil. Press the mixture into the prepared pie pan, prick a few times with a fork, and bake for 14 to 16 minutes until golden brown.
