Mexican Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can (10oz) tomatoes
  • 4-6 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 11.5 oz pkg flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, stir together 3 cans of soup and the tomatoes. Add the chicken. In a greased 13x9 baking dish, layer tortillas and chicken mixture (beginning and ending with tortillas). Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 30 minutes.
