Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups large baking potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. minced dried onion
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk scalded
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all above ingredients, saving some grated cheese to sprinkle on top. Place into medium-sized, lightly buttered casserole. Sprinkle top with reserved cheese. Place in preheated 350 oven. Bake 1 hour
