    cups large baking potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 1

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    tsp. minced dried onion

  • 2

    eggs beaten

  • 1 1/2

    cups milk scalded

  • 1/4

    lb. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions

Mix together all above ingredients, saving some grated cheese to sprinkle on top. Place into medium-sized, lightly buttered casserole. Sprinkle top with reserved cheese. Place in preheated 350 oven. Bake 1 hour
