Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened

- 1/3 cups unbleached flour

Beat1/4 cup butter and sugar in bowl until light and fuffy. Beat in egg whites Gradually beat in four Batter will be soft Drop batter by teaspoon on sheets about 3 INCHES apart. Bake until outer edges are golden, for about 7 minutes.
