Ingredients
- 1 c cider vinegar
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- 2 med pickling cukes or 2 small cukes (about 2 cups)
- 1 med bulb fennel coarsely chopped (about a cup)

Step 1
In a large bowl combine cider vinegar, sugar, salt, fennel seeds, and clery seeds. Stir in sliced cukes and chopped fennel.
Cover and chill in refrigerator 2 hrs or up to 3 days.
