Ingredients

  • 1 c cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 2 med pickling cukes or 2 small cukes (about 2 cups)
  • 1 med bulb fennel coarsely chopped (about a cup)

Step 1

In a large bowl combine cider vinegar, sugar, salt, fennel seeds, and clery seeds. Stir in sliced cukes and chopped fennel.

Cover and chill in refrigerator 2 hrs or up to 3 days.
