  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • Streusel
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • mix all together

Step 1

Cream butter, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla; add eggs; beat well, combine dry ingredients; add to butter mixture alternately with sour cream. Combine pumpkin, beaten egg, 1/3 cup sugar and pie spice. Spoon half of mixture into 13x9 pan, sprinkle half of streusel mixture over batter. spread remaining pumpkin mixture over struesel. sprinkle remaining streusel over top. Bake at 325 50-60 minutes or until tested done in the middle
