Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 banana
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
- Protein powder, optional
- Splash soy milk (I use Silk Vanilla soy milk)

Mix it all together! Bananas are a wonderful way to thicken a shake (if you like the flavor), so add more for a thicker consistency. This is a great sweet-tooth satisfier but also just a yummy way to wake up!
