Ingredients
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic-minced
- 1-8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 beef bullion cubes or 1- 26 oz box beef stock
- 1-11.5 oz can V-8 juice
- 1-14.5 oz can green beans-undrained
- 1-15 oz can kidney beans-drained and rinsed
- 1-15 oz can stewed tomotoes
- 1 tsp oregano, parsley and basil
- 2-tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 large potato-peeled and cubed
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger with onions and garlic in a large soup pot.
Then add all of the other ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover pot and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook soup until potatoes and macaroni are finished.
Seve with french bread.
