Ingredients
- 1 LB soft butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Place butter into bowl of mixer. Using paddle attachment, beat the butter in the bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat until combined
To make Florets:
Place in plastic bag with decorator tip. Pipe florets onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper & freeze.
**TIP:
Compound Butter is best stored in the freezer in a shape of log or piped into florets
